Key Areas of Responsibility

• Updating product specifications and ensuring accuracy.

• Processing documentation efficiently.

• Replying to technical-related emails from customers involving transactions through the website.

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly with the right attitude and a customer-first approach.

• Writing clear and effective emails that lead to resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining careful attention to customer details to present a professional image of both yourself and the company.

• Coordinating with internal teams and clients through written communication and calls.

• Demonstrating a flexible attitude and proven ability to work effectively in a team.

• Maintaining regular health checks of multiple seller accounts.

• Using AI tools and CLI workflows to draft customer replies, summarize tickets, update knowledge-base/FAQ content, and improve day-to-day support efficiency.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required

• Qualification: Graduate in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong email etiquette with the ability to write clear, concise, and professional emails.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with AI-powered CLI workflows, for customer support tasks, documentation, and routine reporting.

AI Tools & Ways of Working

This role requires a working understanding of modern AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude. We expect everyone at Knoxed to use AI agents as part of their daily work.

Salary

INR 18,000 to INR 28,000 per month
