Ecommerce & Marketing Manager

As Ecommerce & Marketing Manager you will own our online sales strategy and lead the e-commerce team.

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Pune)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead online marketing and merchandising initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the e-commerce team, setting objectives and supporting their growth.
• Oversee digital content so product listings are accurate, engaging and optimised for conversion.
• Manage the company's presence on Amazon, eBay and Shopify to brand and platform standards.
• Resolve listing issues, customer feedback and compliance concerns.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.
• Set and track KPIs; lead SEO and marketing campaigns; manage the department budget.

Required Skills

• Proven e-commerce management experience.
• Hands-on with Amazon, eBay and Shopify.
• Strong SEO and digital marketing.
• Team leadership and a data-driven, analytical approach.
• Excellent communication.

This role requires a working understanding of modern AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude. We expect everyone at Knoxed to use AI agents as part of their daily work.
