Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will help keep daily operations running efficiently and support managers in improving how we work.

Salary - ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Pune)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes.
• Monitor KPIs and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Use AI tools and CLI workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Create SOPs, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Support managers in implementing operational strategies.
• Learn and adopt new AI technologies to improve business productivity.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in day-to-day work.
• Strong proficiency with AI-powered CLI tools and prompt engineering.
• Ability to automate repetitive operational tasks using AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
